Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to CoreInsightPath! These terms of service govern the use of our services, programs, and offerings in the field of innovative accounting solutions and professional consulting. By registering for our service or using our services, you agree to these terms and commit to their full compliance.

2. Eligibility for Services

2.1. Client Information – Our services are available to individuals and businesses seeking premium accounting services. When registering for our service, we require information about your business preferences and requirements for appropriate and targeted accounting guidance.
2.2. Registration – Our accounting services require prior registration and business assessment by CoreInsightPath. You are obligated to provide accurate and current information about your business experience and situation, as well as all necessary documentation.
2.3. Conduct Guidelines – During our consultations and accounting sessions, we expect the highest level of professionalism and respectful behavior. Any form of inappropriate communication, disruptive behavior, or breach of confidentiality may lead to immediate service termination.
2.4. Confidentiality – Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of information shared during our accounting sessions regarding practices, methodologies, and other clients.

3. Session Booking and Payment

3.1. Service Reservations – Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person and are binding upon our written confirmation. Due to the exclusive nature of our services, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests at our own discretion.
3.2. Payment Terms – Consultation fees are payable before the first delivery of service. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and for qualified clients, 30-day payment terms.
3.3. Individual Reservations – For individuals requiring regular accounting services, separate payment terms can be arranged as specified in the appropriate service agreement.
3.4. Cancellation Terms – For cancellations up to 72 hours before the scheduled consultation, no fee is charged. Cancellations within 72 hours may include a cancellation fee of SGD 500. For unexcused absences at scheduled VIP consultations, the full service fee is charged.

4. Service Delivery and Changes

4.1. Service Planning and Execution –

  • CoreInsightPath reserves the right to change service availability, times, and accounting consultants.
  • In case of unavailability of an accounting consultant, the consultation session may be rescheduled or alternative accounting consultants may be suggested.
  • Session changes will be communicated to clients as soon as possible with reasonable notice.
    4.2. Accounting Documentation – All provided accounting documents, presentations, and accounting analyses are prepared with the utmost care. However, the final responsibility for verifying all accounting information lies with the client and their accounting consultants.

5. VIP Services and Special Requirements

5.1. Premium Registration – VIP services and access to off-market accounting solutions are subject to separate, stricter registration conditions that are communicated before reservation and are binding. This may include comprehensive reference checks and proof of funding.
5.2. Cancellation Terms for VIP Services – Cancellations for VIP services and exclusive consultations must be made at least 7 days in advance for full refund. Later cancellations will include a fee of SGD 2,500.
5.3. Service Limitations – For certain exclusive accounting services, we reserve the right to limit or deny access based on business preferences, business limitations, or insufficient evidence of qualification of the interested client.

6. Limitation of Liability and Warranty

6.1. Liability – CoreInsightPath is liable only in cases of intentional or gross negligence of our employees or accounting consultants. We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy of accounting information provided by third parties (accounting authorities, business centers, agencies) or for errors in externally provided documents.
6.2. Professional Responsibility – Our consultants conduct thorough accounting research and business assessments, but do not independently verify all technical, accounting, or business details of offered accounting services. We strongly recommend that clients consult with independent accounting consultants, business consultants, and accounting advisors.

7. Discretion and Confidentiality

7.1. Confidentiality Agreement – All clients commit to absolute discretion regarding all accounting sessions, client identities, and personal data. This applies even after the termination of the business relationship.
7.2. Media Waiver – Clients agree not to disclose details about their accounting relationship with CoreInsightPath or provided accounting solutions to media or third parties without our prior written consent.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Data Processing – Personal data processing is conducted in accordance with our separate privacy policy, which is an essential part of these terms of service and must be read carefully.
8.2. Accounting Data – We maintain confidential records of accounting consultations and sessions. These records are stored securely and in accordance with the highest data protection standards.

9. Return Policy

9.1. Service Quality – At CoreInsightPath, we strive to provide exceptional accounting services. If you are not completely satisfied with the service received, please notify us within 14 business days after service delivery.

9.2. Eligibility for Refund – Refunds or credits for services may be approved at our discretion if:

  • There was a demonstrable error in the accounting assessment or presentation caused by our consultant
  • Essential accounting information was incorrectly or misleadingly presented due to our error
  • VIP services were not delivered as promised or described
  • For justified complaints regarding the quality of our consulting services

9.3. Refund Process – To request a refund or service adjustment, please contact our customer care team in writing with details of your concerns and relevant documentation. We will review each case individually and discreetly, responding within 7 business days.

9.4. Limitations – Please note that refunds may not be available for:

  • Consulting services that have already been fully provided in accordance with agreed-upon accounting service search criteria
  • Circumstances where the client provided incomplete or incorrect information about their preferences or business situation
  • Requests made more than 60 days after service delivery
  • Rejections of accounting offers due to changed personal circumstances or preferences
  • Market conditions or availability of accounting services that are beyond our control

9.5. Alternative Solutions – In appropriate cases, we may offer extended search services, access to alternative accounting service databases, or partial credits instead of a full refund, depending on the nature of the concern. Our goal is to find a satisfactory and discreet solution for all involved parties.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Severability Clause – If individual provisions of these terms of service are invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
10.2. Governing Law – These terms of service are subject to Singapore law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the seat of CoreInsightPath, insofar as permitted by law.
